ImageMonitoringz is a multiuser server-client software application designed for input, storage and processing of sampling results of microbial cleanliness and number of airborne particles in clean production areas, usually called “environmental monitoring”. It is designed to meet demands of pharmaceutical (GMP), biotechnology, cosmetic and food (HACCP) industry. By timely sampling and reporting, you can determine and prevent contamination in early stages, before end-product quality is questioned. This is especially important in aseptic processing cleanroom facilities. Application consists of two parts: database back-end in PostgreSQL server and client front-end interface in Microsoft Access. Monitoringz provides:
- Easy and logical input of organization structure and sampling matrix.
- Fast and easy input of sampling results through forms that resembles classic paper forms.
- Generation of wide spectra of predefined classic reports, including statistical and graphical trending of results by sampling locations. These printer friendly reports can be printed, saved and archived for later revewing or e-mailed to interested staff.
- Powerful searching and filtering of sampling data in datasheet reports.
- Interactive data survey form with condensed data from all types of reports.
- Pivot tables and pivot charts for powerful data analysis and ad-hoc reporting. Pivot tables and pivot charts are very powerful and flexible tools, which provide advanced filtering, summarization and cross-tabulation of hierarchical data.
- Exporting of reports to different external formats (.txt, .xls, .rtf, .csv, .pdf, .xml, .html, .snp, etc.).
- Data access control through user groups and passwords of different authorization levels (according to 21 CFR Part11).
- Control of data authenticity through automatically generated “audit-trail” record (according to 21 CFR Part11). Any data insert,update or delete is recorded in the audit trail record, along with information who performed the operation.
- Automatically updated sampling time schedule, for better control of sampling dynamics.

ImagePlaningz is a program for production planning and optimization. It is intended to be a supplement to your ERP and MRP programs, as a tool for optimization and speed-up of production planning and execution. The program is suitable for dynamic manufacturing companies that produce many different products, handle variety of raw materials and often change production schedules and priorities. Some examples are: cosmetical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industry. It will  spare your time and give you peace of mind when executing some production campaign. You will know exactly what you can expect. It will help you to forecast material lacks in time, so you will react on time. It will give you all required data for good planning and optimization. You will be able to simulate different production scenarios, in order to choose the optimal one. This software will increase your efficiency in resource planning and production forecasting. Your scheduling of production processes will be more accurate and reliable. You can simulate different production scenarios and forecast resources inventory levels. You can check BOMs, orders, inventory levels and perform "what-if" simulations. This will increase your productivity in production processing, will lower your costs and improve your overall managing of production.
The program provides tools for data import from external data sources, such as your ERP system. Imported data are then processed and results are represented in interactive datagrids and reports. You can check BOMs (bills of materials) for any required product quantity as well as stocks of materials (finished goods, semi-finished products, raw materials, packing materials etc.). You can see list of orders with required components and quantities, but you can also revert logic to see components and orders that require those components. On the same interactive screen or report you will see information about product stocks, production orders, required components and their required quantities, as well as current stocks of components. For every component in the bills of materials you can see demands and is indicated whether it lacks for order(s) and in what quantity. You will get information about interdependencies between different products, orders and components.
